New survey concludes: Girls love Dogs.

This just in:

A new survey conducted by the authorities in country X has reached the startling conclusion that girls love Dogs.

An official said, "We interviewed more than 1000 girls and the result was overwhelming. 100% of the responses given was that Girls love Dogs. Not a single entry confirmed otherwise.

The reason given was always, "we don't know how to explain it but it seems we have a natural instict to love Dogs. We like to pet them, stroke them, cuddle them, and kiss them. We also love the way they stand up in attention when called."

The type of Dog preference differed depending on the respondent. Some like white Dogs, some black Dogs, and some brown Dogs. There was a general preferance, however, for big Dogs as opposed to small Dogs, as they apparently made respondents "feel more safe." Extremely big Dogs, however, were considered to be too scary.

The authorities were taken by utter surprise. An official commented, " I mean, we did think that there were a few who loved Dogs, but every single one? We are absolutely dumbfounded by this result. I mean, we knew that guys love Pussycats, but this was completely unexpected.

The spokesman commented, "this research is further proof of the wisdom of social policies implemented in our country. It is now proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that girls have a natural weakness when it comes to Dogs. Hence, we should continue to segregregate girsl and Dogs in our society. The only contact that should be allowed is when a married man allows his wife to play with his Dog."

Asked whether the research shed any light on guys who love Dogs, the spokesman replied, "Don't be rediculous. That is inconceivable."

No animals were hurt in the experiment.
