The second constitutional conference, held by the four boycotting parties in the NDAA office in Um Al Hassam, has just occured today. If you'd like to keep up with all the discussions and papers presented, here is the official website.

Remember that distant past when all the talk was about this crisis? Does anyone have any comments or inside scoops? Does anyone still care? Anyway, it's good that it's finally back on the agenda, even if only to hear the arguments presented. I'll start posting comments on what was discussed as soon as I find time to read up about it.
